Description of Jig Machine AM-30

The Jig Machine AM-30 is a gravity separation machine whose  maximum  feeding size is 30 mm, and it can discharge minerals from the top and the bottom at the same time. As a kind of large size jig machine, it can work continuously and is one of the most commonly used extraction plant today.

This jig machine is designed only used to process hematite originally, in other words, it is a iron separator at first, and now the jig machine has been also applied to the beneficiation of  limonite, specularite, manganese ore, barite, fluorite, lapis lazuli, mercury ore, antimony, etc with its great dressing efficiency. So it can be also called manganese separator or manganese concentrator.

The jig machine AM-30 is developed by the Mining Institute of Ma’anshan, which is mainly used for the separation of local iron ore. Forui improved its property with improving the capacity and the working scope to make this jig machine one of the big particle beneficiation equipment. It is mainly used to deal with hematite, limonite, mirror iron ore, antimony, mercury, barite ore, celestite ore, fluorite ore and other minerals, also used for the upgrading and recycling of chromium slag and silico-manganese slag. The jig machine has large processing capacity and good non grade beneficiation effect.
