Linear Vibrating Screen Overview
Linear Vibrating Screen is a kindly of standard and universal screening machine. It consists of screen frame(screen box), supporting or hanging device, driving device, vibration isolation and other parts.
The linear vibrating screens are used in many industries, such as, steel making, mining, quarrying, foundries, food processing and chemical industry for the separating of bulk materials like stone aggregates, different kind of sand, active carbon and other materials.
Linear vibration screen uses motor as the vibration source, making materials be tossed and move forward in a straight line on the screen. There are several balls on the bottom of screen frame hit each other when vibrating, which can clear screen and avoid blocking effectively.
Working Principle of Linear Vibrating Screen
The linear vibrating screen is driven by two motors to reverse the self-synchronous rotation, that the screen body reciprocates in a linear direction, and the material moves in a linear direction on the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening.
