Gravity Spiral Chute Overview
The separating granularity of the gravity spiral chute is 0.3-0.02mm, and it's mainly used for separating iron ore,limonite, chromites, trotline, zirconium, retiles, monazite, centimes, wolfram ore, Stan nary, tantalum minerals, niobium minerals and other non feerous metal, rare metal and non metal.
The advantage of the gravity spiral chute is even separation process,easy to control,and adjustable feeding size,high concentrate ratio, etc.
Working principle of Gravity Spiral Chute
Make the gravity spiral chute stand,adjust the vertical line,fixed the proper place with the iron stucture or wood. Make the ore sand deliver to two feed openings of the gravity spiral chute top,enter enough water,adjust the mash chrome,the mash flows freely from the high,produce the inertial force at the speed of the rotary,divided the sand and ore,the concentrate comes into bucket with tract,gangue comes into the bucket with the tract to the sand pool,and pump off,complete the whole process.
